Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Process requisitions for approval with accuracy and efficiency
Place rush orders to meet urgent needs
Close open purchase orders in a timely manner
Resolve credit holds to keep supply chain moving
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless procurement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field OR Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience OR 6 years of experience as a Buyer in lieu of a degree

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution
Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with supply chain and procurement software
