Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately and promptly
Assist nursing staff with transfers, bathing, dressing, and toileting while maintaining patient dignity
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control protocols
Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team to ensure coordinated care
Support admissions, discharges, and smooth transitions of care with attention to detail

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable providing direct patient care and assisting with mobility and ADLs
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing care and patient safety practices
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection control and standard precautions
Patient transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Clear verbal communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings
Time management and dependable attendance for scheduled shifts
