Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams including general abdomen, OB, small parts, and vascular studies
• Work independently to manage a dynamic patient caseload
• Ensure high-quality images by collaborating with physicians for accurate diagnosis
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Document and report imaging results accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Certified Ultrasound Technologist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience
• Active ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AB) and Obstetrics (OB)
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced critical access hospital
• Willing to attend quarterly education sessions as required

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in general abdomen, obstetrics, small parts, and vascular ultrasound
• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging principles and protocols
• Skilled in operating ultrasound equipment and optimizing images
• Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
