Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical, observation, and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
• Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Willing to float if needed
• Home address must be outside a 100-mile radius of the facility

• Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
• Medical-surgical nursing expertise
• Observation and acute care experience
• Patient assessment and critical thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate bedside manner
