Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate, thorough patient documentation

Qualifications

• You hold a current unencumbered Oregon RN license
• You have Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification
• You hold AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications (required for ICU-CCU)
• PALS and TNCC are preferred but not required
• 3 years of previous ICU experience is preferred
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent
