Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care to mothers and newborns
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, and respond quickly to any changes or emergencies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, family-centered care
• Educate new parents on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery
• Assist with gynecological surgical care and pediatric care as needed

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• PALS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of LDRP or related nursing experience
• STABLE certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Skilled in gynecological surgical care
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Comfortable with maternal-fetal monitoring and emergency response
• Proficient with EMR systems like Point Click
