Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week; call rotation includes 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days per month

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families
• Use nursing clinical judgment to identify and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain a healthy workplace through professional communication and conflict management
• Meet core measure responsibilities and participate in continuing education
• Keep complete and accurate medical records

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Must be able to circulate for surgical procedures
• Comfortable floating to other facilities when needed
• Experience with orthopedic, urology, spine, and robotic procedures preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
• Skilled in circulating for surgical cases
• Knowledge of orthopedic, urology, spine, and robotic procedures
• Proficient with Point Click EMR
• Excellent clinical judgment and documentation abilities
• Professional communication and teamwork
