Roles & Responsibilities

• Prioritize and perform start of care visits, making a meaningful first impression for your patients
• Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants, guiding them to deliver exceptional care
• Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours, keeping everything accurate and timely
• Report start of care visits by the next day to keep the team in the know
• Maintain open lines of communication with your supervisor, intake team, and office
• Stay responsive during normal business hours so your patients and team can count on you

Qualifications

• Active California PT license - if you've got it, we want you!
• At least 1 year of home health experience under your belt
• Experience with start of care visits and OASIS documentation
• Confidence supervising PTAs and collaborating with a team
