Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ED
• Perform IV insertion, EKG, foley catheter insertion, and splinting procedures
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and manage patient assessments
• Document accurately in Meditech and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity and support a positive, team-focused environment
• Respond quickly to emergencies and stabilize patients in critical condition

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ED RN experience
• Active RN license in Colorado or a compact state
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications are all required
• Experience in a large hospital setting is preferred
• Prior Meditech EMR experience is preferred
