Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and competency validation activities

Qualifications

• Current, active professional license or certification in your specialty as applicable
• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screening
• Documentation of required immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza, COVID-19) and tuberculosis screening (2-step PPD or IGRA)
• Completion of facility-specific competency testing and physical/health assessment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and patient safety standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
