Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in the Cardiovascular Lab
• Continuously monitor and record patient condition, including physiologic and hemodynamic data
• Communicate with physicians about patient status and assist with cardiovascular procedures
• Ensure procedure room readiness by assessing equipment, obtaining supplies, and maintaining inventory
• Address physical, psychosocial, and general aspects of surgical care for each patient
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) upon hire
• One year of clinical experience in Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Ability to pass required health screenings and background checks

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Hemodynamic monitoring and equipment maintenance
• Communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cardiovascular lab procedures and critical care
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
