Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, explaining each step to ease anxiety
• Operate CT equipment and adjust protocols to capture the best diagnostic images
• Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver accurate imaging results
• Maintain detailed patient records and document procedures accurately
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself

Qualifications

• Active BLS certification required
• DCI/BVP certification required
• Valid state license or certification as applicable
• CT experience is a plus, but a strong commitment to patient care is essential
• Willingness to complete required health screenings, immunizations, and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of CT imaging protocols and equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for producing quality images
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and best practices
• Comfortable using electronic health records and imaging software
