Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams using advanced GE Revolution 256-slice and GE VCT 64-slice scanners
• Support a busy emergency department by providing timely and accurate imaging
• Follow established scanning protocols and IV contrast policies to ensure patient safety
• Document procedures accurately in Meditech and manage images in Synapse PACS
• Collaborate with a friendly team of tenured hospital staff members
• Maintain a calm, reassuring presence for patients during their imaging exams

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification and be CT accredited
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing CT exams
• Basic CT scanning skills, including emergency department procedures
• Ability to work Wednesday-Friday night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in computed tomography (CT) imaging
• Experience with GE Revolution 256-slice and GE VCT 64-slice scanners
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation and Synapse PACS
• Skill in IV contrast administration and scanning protocols
• Understanding of ER imaging needs and patient care
