Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage post-transplant patient calls with compassion and clinical expertise
• Order and review lab results, escalating critical findings promptly
• Coordinate transplant testing and diagnostics, including biopsies and exams
• Enter electronic prescriptions and ensure medication accuracy
• Prepare the clinic for patient visits and manage clinic workflows
• Perform patient assessments when needed to support the care team

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or transplant setting
• Must have excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Must have outstanding customer service skills
• Experience with patient triage and high call volumes is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
