Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert speech therapy to 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
Perform modified video swallow studies to assess and treat swallowing disorders
Support premature infants in the NICU with specialized feeding interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Document progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Experience performing modified barium swallow studies
Comfort working with both adult acute care patients and premature infants
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Modified Barium Swallow Studies
Speech Therapy techniques for acute and neonatal populations
Patient assessment and individualized care planning
