Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Day shift (Executive salaried position)
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $175,000/year
Benefits
- Potential of up to (not to exceed) a 20% annual bonus
- Facility Salary Range: $174,999.00 to $175,000.00

Roles & Responsibilities
- Advance ambulatory strategy and improve access to high-quality care for the San Luis Valley community.
- Oversee clinic operations, productivity, and financial performance to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Build strong partnerships with physicians, APPs, and clinical leaders to enhance patient experience and provider engagement.
- Leverage data and performance metrics to drive continuous quality improvement and operational efficiency.
- Develop and mentor clinic leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Lead organizational change initiatives that align with SLVH's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in ambulatory care, medical group operations, or physician practice management.
- Proven track record of improving clinic operations, productivity, and financial outcomes.
- Experience working in rural healthcare or a similar environment is highly desired.
- Strong strategic, collaborative, and data-driven leadership style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage physicians and APPs effectively.
