Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable lengths, call coverage required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians during surgical procedures as directed
Provide first assistant support across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, urology, vascular, and general cases
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled
Collaborate with OR team to ensure smooth case flow

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
RNFA certification required
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures including totals, scopes, robotics, and spine cases
Ability to scrub and first assist as needed
Comfortable floating between campuses
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
