Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day, 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM, 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PICU environment
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex patient cases
Operate and manage advanced medical equipment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

Current RN license
PALS and BLS certification
Previous PICU experience with vents and drips
1 year of experience in a similar setting

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of PICU procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability
