Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to progressive care unit patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments effectively
- Educate patients and families to empower recovery
- Respond swiftly to emergencies with confidence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- PCU or similar acute care background preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication with patients and teams
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
