Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mothers and newborns in OB/GYN
Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Assist in labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
Educate patients and families with empathy and expertise

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN nursing experience
BLS and NRP certifications required
Strong clinical skills and a passion for women's health

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery procedures
Proficiency with fetal monitoring and maternal assessments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in high-acuity settings
