Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care to fragile newborns in a Level 3 NICU
Monitor vital signs using advanced GE monitors and isolette technology
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 200 staff to deliver exceptional outcomes
Manage patient ratios of 3-4 with compassion and precision
Utilize Meditech EMR and specialized pumps for seamless care delivery

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience - no exceptions
BLS and NRP certifications preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality that lights up the unit

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with medfusion pumps, Alaris, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
Expertise in CPN and Meditech EMR systems
Strong neonatal assessment and intervention skills
Team player mindset in a fast-paced 97-bed NICU
