Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled inpatient hold care for emergency room patients with med-surg tele expertise
Monitor and manage patient acuity in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the ED team to ensure seamless transitions
Deliver compassionate nursing that makes a real difference in patients' lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Recent experience in med-surg tele or inpatient holds
Ability to handle ED patient transfers preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Emergency room hold protocols and patient management
Proficiency in high-acuity inpatient care
Excellent teamwork in dynamic hospital settings
