Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med-surg patients on a 34-bed unit
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with unit secretaries and PCTs for seamless teamwork
Document accurately using Meditech system
Float to other departments as needed to support the hospital

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification required
2 years of nursing experience
Med/Surg background preferred

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong med-surg nursing skills
Proficiency with Meditech documentation
Ability to thrive in 6:1 patient ratios
Team player ready to float when needed
