Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 36 hours per week, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage ED and inpatient hold patients with confidence and care
Maintain optimal RN ratios and acuity levels in a fast-paced environment
Deliver compassionate emergency nursing that makes a real difference
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth patient transitions

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
Recent experience handling ED and inpatient holds
Completed Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ED hold and inpatient hold RN ratios and acuity
Strong emergency room nursing skills
Proficiency in high-acuity patient management
