Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with RN Case Managers to deliver exceptional care
Master documentation using Cerner, Nate, and Ensocare systems
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and teams
Shift attention seamlessly between multiple tasks
Build lasting trust with patients, families, and your healthcare team
Float where needed to make the biggest impact

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in case management
Comfortable with 1:40 patient ratios in a dynamic environment

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong documentation skills
Excellent communication abilities
Multitasking prowess to handle shifting priorities
Relationship-building expertise with patients and teams
