Shift Type: Day shift, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with required call and weekend call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate in complex cardiac and vascular procedures
Support life-saving surgeries like CABG, AVR, TAVR and aortic repairs
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 7 RNs and 6 CSTs across 5 CVORs
Thrive under pressure during emergencies and high-acuity cases
Contribute to cutting-edge procedures including robotic thoracic cases and Impella insertions

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year experience, preferably 2+ years exclusive CVOR
BLS and ACLS certifications required
CVOR experience in cardiac and vascular surgery is a must
Ready to float to Main OR, CathLab and IR as needed

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in scrubbing and circulating
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure OR environment
Familiarity with complex procedures like Type A dissections and thoracoabdominal approaches
Team player who excels during emergencies
Knowledge of vascular open and endovascular techniques
