Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies to patients
- Assess patient respiratory status and respond to changes quickly
- Assist in emergency respiratory interventions and airway management
- Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure equipment is ready and safe
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
- BLS certification required (ACLS or PALS preferred)
- Prior experience as a respiratory therapist is a plus, but new grads with strong clinical experience are welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of respiratory therapy equipment and techniques
- Skilled in patient assessment and adjusting treatments accordingly
- Excellent communication for patient education and team collaboration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment
- Compassionate approach to caring for pediatric patients
