Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed PT, helping patients restore mobility and achieve their goals
- Track and document patient progress, celebrating milestones and adjusting care as needed
- Empower patients with education and home exercise programs to support recovery beyond treatment
- Maintain open communication with the supervising PT to ensure seamless, coordinated care
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and compliance in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Georgia PTA license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy interventions and treatment plan implementation
- Patient care and documentation
- Patient education and home exercise program guidance
- Communication with supervising PT
- Safety and infection control compliance
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
