Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, closely monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families during stressful situations
• Maintain a calm, focused environment in fast-paced emergency situations
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital policies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or a compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS Certification required
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and respond quickly in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
