Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality dental hygiene care to every patient
• Perform thorough cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene best practices
• Partner with dentists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and sterilization protocols
• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia or willingness to obtain
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to patient comfort
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dental team

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Familiarity with dental charting software
• Interpersonal skills to put patients at ease
