Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pre-operative, post-operative, and endoscopy patients
• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and intervene as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Administer medications and manage IV lines
• Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
• Participate in call rotation to support 24/7 patient care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (required to submit)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PACU, critical care, or similar setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Recent Cerner experience within the past 6 months (hard requirement)
• Ability to pass a Sim Lab and Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam

• Ventilator management
• Telemetry monitoring
• Cerner EMR proficiency
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) skills
• Dysrhythmia interpretation
• Pre-operative and post-operative care expertise
