Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that put patients first
- Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in line with state practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to maximize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active Texas PT license or ability to obtain one before start
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy assessment and patient evaluation
- Treatment planning and direct patient care
- Rehabilitation techniques to restore function and mobility
- Accurate and timely documentation
- Supervision and delegation to support staff
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and family education
- Regulatory compliance and infection control practices
