Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients from infancy through the adult life cycle in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Apply age-specific growth and development knowledge to individualize the nursing process for every patient
• Manage IV drips and ventilators with confidence while adapting quickly to stressful situations
• Collaborate closely with pre-hospital, emergency department, and in-hospital teams to deliver seamless emergency care
• Document accurately and efficiently using the EPIC electronic medical record

Qualifications

• 2+ years of current Emergency Department experience (more experience gets first consideration)
• Prior travel experience of at least 3 months
• EPIC experience required
• Active New Hampshire or compact RN license (must be uploaded with profile)
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• BSN preferred
• Reliable vehicle required for this assignment
• Comfortable with IV drips and ventilators

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Adaptability to handle stressful situations quickly and effectively
• Emergency Department nursing expertise including IV drip and ventilator management
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
