Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including scaling and polishing
• Manage 30-minute appointment slots efficiently to keep the schedule on track
• Collaborate with dental assistants and support staff for seamless patient flow
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain a clean and organized operatory area

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as a dental hygienist is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Time management to handle back-to-back appointments
• Team collaboration with assistants and office staff
