Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and injury prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus, but new grads are welcome!

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
