Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to help patients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to deliver coordinated care
- Document patient progress and modify treatment approaches for optimal outcomes
- Empower patients and families with education and home exercise programs for continued success
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Maine (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong clinical reasoning and compassionate patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and rehab protocols
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
