Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for Med Surg patients, ensuring comfort and safety
• Participate in patient and family teaching to promote understanding and independence
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and patient care teams
• Float to Thompson Unit or Kingsbury custodial patients as needed, adapting to varying acuity levels
• Maintain high standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
• Chart patient progress accurately in Epic EMR

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Med Surg experience required
• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact license
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• EPIC experience required
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
• Must have own vehicle for this assignment
• All compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
