Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to every patient
• Administer medications and treatments exactly as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and act quickly when something changes
• Document care accurately and keep records current
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve the best outcomes
• Create a safe, welcoming space for patients, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ready to comply with COVID-19 vaccination or exemption requirements
• Able to provide valid identification and pass required background checks

Knowledge & Skills

• Sharp clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Clear communication with patients, families, and teammates
• Comfortable with electronic health records
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
