Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in New Mexico or compact eligibility
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required for the assignment

- Effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
