Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take vital signs and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity and respect

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in New Mexico or compact eligibility
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required for the assignment
