Shift Type: Evening shift (2nd), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, as needed, 30-minute meal break
Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes to the nursing team
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
- Accurately document care activities and observations
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver personalized, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Delaware
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination series or present a documented medical/religious exemption
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to wear a photo badge at all times
- Must be able to pass Delaware DHSS background check and fingerprinting requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care practices and safety protocols
- Skill in measuring and recording vital signs
- Strong observation and communication skills to effectively report changes in resident condition
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
