Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and patients, assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support mobility and transfer needs with proper body mechanics
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work per diem and night shifts
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
