Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatrics
• Individualize the nursing process based on age-related growth and development
• Monitor and manage patients on IV drips and ventilators with confidence
• Collaborate closely with EMS and in-hospital teams to deliver seamless emergency care
• Adapt quickly to high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent communication
• Document care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• 2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
• At least 3 months of prior travel experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA or ARC
• BSN preferred
• Reliable transportation for your assignment

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge of emergency nursing principles
• Comfortable managing drips, vents, and critical patients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective in stressful situations
• Adaptability to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
