Location: Keene, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 48 hours/week, every other weekend and holidays as needed
Hours per Week: 60
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatrics
- Individualize the nursing process based on age-related growth and development
- Monitor and manage patients on IV drips and ventilators with confidence
- Collaborate closely with EMS and in-hospital teams to deliver seamless emergency care
- Adapt quickly to high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent communication
- Document care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state
- 2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
- At least 3 months of prior travel experience
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA or ARC
- BSN preferred
- Reliable transportation for your assignment
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge of emergency nursing principles
- Comfortable managing drips, vents, and critical patients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective in stressful situations
- Adaptability to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
