Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to medical-surgical patients with diverse diagnoses
• Float across multiple MedSurg units to ensure optimal staffing and continuity of care
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Document accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced float assignments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong MedSurg clinical knowledge
• Proficiency in EPIC EHR
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Critical thinking and assessment abilities
• Time management and prioritization
