Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Perform essential diagnostic testing including ABGs, PFTs, EKGs, and bronchoscopy procedures
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Transport patients safely within the hospital and between facilities
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive respiratory care

Qualifications

RRT credential required; CRT may be considered
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred
Prior EMR experience is a plus
Valid driver's license within 60-mile radius

Education

Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program (CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning expertise
ABG, PFT, EKG, and bronchoscopy procedures
Pulse oximetry monitoring
Electronic medical records proficiency
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
