Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric patients in a Level II trauma center
Provide specialized support in NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
Operate advanced equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60 ventilators
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Make independent clinical judgments while maintaining the highest standards of care
Cover all areas throughout the facility, ensuring seamless respiratory support wherever needed

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
Proven NICU experience essential
Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ventilator management across multiple platforms
Expertise in neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory care
Comfortable working in high-acuity Level II trauma settings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Adaptable to rotating weekends and holidays every third rotation
