Shift Type: 3 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients on the Acute Care unit
Monitor and assess patients with a focus on geriatric and swing bed rehab needs
Provide expert wound care and support healing journeys
Collaborate with a dedicated team that values excellent culture and teamwork
Document patient progress accurately using Cerner
Support an affluent community with concierge-level service

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification required
ACLS and CPI preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience
Care of Geriatric or past inpatient Rehab experience required
Wound Care experience strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and clinical skills for med/surg and geriatric patients
Wound care expertise
Cerner documentation proficiency
Ability to work independently with minimal support staff
Excellent communication and patient experience focus
