Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assisting with 15-minute rounds and being involved in patient care
Utilizing strong communication and de-escalation skills
Working with a variety of patient populations and diagnoses
Collaborating with mental health techs and other support staff

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS certification required
CPI certification preferred
Acute/inpatient experience required
Strong communication and de-escalation skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
Acute/inpatient experience
De-escalation techniques
Strong communication skills
