Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating shifts including weekends

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to PCU patients making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard
Educate patients and families empowering them with knowledge for better outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent PCU or progressive care experience preferred
Passion for critical care and patient-centered nursing

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in PCU protocols and telemetry monitoring
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
