Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead surgical teams during complex procedures
• Coordinate patient care from pre‑op to post‑op
• Manage OR equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and trauma cases
• Mentor junior staff and foster a learning environment
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year OR experience
• Neuro and Ortho/Spine experience
• Trauma center experience preferred
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts

• Operating Room procedures

• EMR Meditech proficiency
• Patient safety practices
• Critical thinking and decision making
