Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and progress tracking
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 0 years of experience (entry-level acceptable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Knowledge & Skills

• Musculoskeletal anatomy and biomechanics
• Therapeutic exercise prescription
• Modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy
• Patient education and self-management strategies
• Documentation and electronic health record proficiency
